Host           : How are you mr and miss? Alright, welcome to all of you here in Breaking English. Today, we have a good topic that’s about “The Economic Freedom”. Oke, without wasting the timeb anymore, directly, for the first question actually, what is the economic freedom? Alright, firstly I wanna hear the answer from you miss Rizqa Zahara.
Resourcer 1: Oke, good morning. Well, as well as we know about the economic freedom I think that is about the freedom. I mean freedom in everything of parts of the economics.
Co-Host     : Are you serious free in everything of parts of the economics?
Resourcer 1: Absolutely yes. Because we are talking about the economic freedom. For the example a person is economically free, if he can do what he wishes and wants with his own property, time, and effort.
Co-Host     : How about you miss Lavina? What’s the economic freedom in your mind?
Resourcer 2: I think economic freedom is the key to reach opportunity and an improved quality of life. I mean it’s the freedom to choose how to produce, sell, and use your own resources, while respecting others’ right to do the same. While a simple concept, economic freedom is an engine that drives prosperity in the world and is difference between why some societies thrive while others do not.
Host           : Okay. Economic freedom has the limits but sometimes in some countries the limits are very-very complex, but in others the limits are relatively simple and even easyly. So, What’s your opinion about it miss Lavina?
Resourcer 2: In my opinion, I agree with the statement that sometimes in some countries the limits are complex, but in others they are relative simple. So, I think it is usual because every country is difference and also has difference systems of economic. Also I agree with the simple concept, economic freedom is an engine that drives prosperity in the world and is difference between why some societies thrive while others do not. For analytical understanding and presentational clarity, the 10 economic freedoms are grouped into four broad categories of economic freedom:
·         Rule of law (property rights, freedom from corruption);
·         Government size (fiscal freedom, government spending);
·         Regulatory efficiency (business freedom, labor freedom, monetary freedom); and
·         Market openness (trade freedom, investment freedom, financial freedom).
Co-Host     : Alright, this session is the question time but, we are going to receive only three questions. Any question students?
Asker1       : Honesty, what is the impact of economic freedom? Thank you.
Host           : Thank you so much for the question. Okay, please mr. M. Haikal Mirza we need your answer. What’s the impact of economic freedom?
Resourcer 3: The positive impact of economic freedom is to support economic growth in a country and as a function of four factors: the capital, labors, human capital, and technology. The economic freedom gives freedom in production and trade without interference from others. The negative is in all communities, of course, limits are set upon this personal freedom. All individual citizens are required to conform to the laws by their governments. So, economic freedom of action can cause great difficulties, because the freedoms of various individuals will conflict. If citizens were in free, some landowners might build factories unsuitable places.
Resourcer 1: In additional, If there was no system of control, factory-owners might make their employees work to long each day. If they were in free, workers might stop working when they got their first pay, and come back to do more work only when they needed more money. Such economic freedom could create a very unstable economy.
Asker 2      : Today our topic is about “The Economic Freedom”, I think economic freedom has the limits so, can you tell me about it? Thank you.
Co-Host     : Okay, thank you for the question. So, please it’s your time mr. Rizki Pebriansyah.
Resourcer 4: Well, I think everyone who got a freedom can take the chances as possible as they can with three components those are they own property, time, and effort. So that, the government can not interference them to growing up their economic freedom. But sometimes if you were in economic freedom situation you will fight with others how growth your business.
Resourcer 3: In additional, the citizens with economic freedom must to conform to the laws made by their governments but sometimes the laws related to economic conditions. So that, sometimes the citizens help the employers, sometimes they protect the interest of the workers. I think those all.
Asker 3      : I have the question, what are the countries include as a big ten to undertake economic freedom? Thank you.
Co-Host     : So let answer the question mr. Rizki Pebriansyah.
