(The four resourcers come in)
Host           : How are you mr and miss? Alright, welcome to all of you here in Breaking English. Today, we have a good topic that’s about “The Economic Freedom”. Oke, without wasting the timeb anymore, directly, for the first question actually, what is the economic freedom? Alright, firstly I wanna hear the answer from you miss Rizqa Zahara.
Resourcer 1: Oke, good morning. Well, as well as we know about the economic freedom I think that is about the freedom. I mean freedom in everything of parts of the economics.
Co-Host     : Are you serious free in everything of parts of the economics?
Resourcer 1: Absolutely yes. Because we are talking about the economic freedom. For the example a person is economically free, if he can do what he wishes and wants with his own property, time, and effort.
Co-Host     : How about you miss Lavina? What’s the economic freedom in your mind?
Resourcer 2: I think economic freedom is the key to reach opportunity and an improved quality of life. I mean it’s the freedom to choose how to produce, sell, and use your own resources, while respecting others’ right to do the same. While a simple concept, economic freedom is an engine that drives prosperity in the world and is difference between why some societies thrive while others do not.
Host           : Okay. Economic freedom has the limits but sometimes in some countries the limits are very-very complex, but in others the limits are relatively simple and even easyly. So, What’s your opinion about it miss Lavina?
Resourcer 2: In my opinion, I agree with the statement that sometimes in some countries the limits are complex, but in others they are relative simple. So, I think it is usual because every country is difference and also has difference systems of economic. Also I agree with the simple concept, economic freedom is an engine that drives prosperity in the world and is difference between why some societies thrive while others do not. For analytical understanding and presentational clarity, the 10 economic freedoms are grouped into four broad categories of economic freedom:
·         Rule of law (property rights, freedom from corruption);
·         Government size (fiscal freedom, government spending);
·         Regulatory efficiency (business freedom, labor freedom, monetary freedom); and
·         Market openness (trade freedom, investment freedom, financial freedom).
Co-Host     : Alright, this session is the question time but, we are going to receive only three questions. Any question students?
Asker1       : Honesty, what is the impact of economic freedom? Thank you.
Host           : Thank you so much for the question. Okay, please mr. M. Haikal Mirza we need your answer. What’s the impact of economic freedom?
Resourcer 3: The positive impact of economic freedom is to support economic growth in a country and as a function of four factors: the capital, labors, human capital, and technology. The economic freedom gives freedom in production and trade without interference from others. The negative is in all communities, of course, limits are set upon this personal freedom. All individual citizens are required to conform to the laws by their governments. So, economic freedom of action can cause great difficulties, because the freedoms of various individuals will conflict. If citizens were in free, some landowners might build factories unsuitable places.
Resourcer 1: In additional, If there was no system of control, factory-owners might make their employees work to long each day. If they were in free, workers might stop working when they got their first pay, and come back to do more work only when they needed more money. Such economic freedom could create a very unstable economy.
Asker 2      : Today our topic is about “The Economic Freedom”, I think economic freedom has the limits so, can you tell me about it? Thank you.
Co-Host     : Okay, thank you for the question. So, please it’s your time mr. Rizki Pebriansyah.
Resourcer 4: Well, I think everyone who got a freedom can take the chances as possible as they can with three components those are they own property, time, and effort. So that, the government can not interference them to growing up their economic freedom. But sometimes if you were in economic freedom situation you will fight with others how growth your business.
Resourcer 3: In additional, the citizens with economic freedom must to conform to the laws made by their governments but sometimes the laws related to economic conditions. So that, sometimes the citizens help the employers, sometimes they protect the interest of the workers. I think those all.
Asker 3      : I have the question, what are the countries include as a big ten to undertake economic freedom? Thank you.
Co-Host     : So let answer the question mr. Rizki Pebriansyah.
Resourcer 4: The countries which include in a big ten to undertake economic freedom are Hongkong (skore 9,05), Singapore (skore 8,7), New Zealand (skore 8,27), Switzerland (skore 8,03), United States (skore 7,96), Canada (skore 7,95), Australia (skore 7,9), Mauritius (skore 7,82), and England (skore 7,81), and there is Chili (skore 7,01).

ENGLISH SPEECH

Title      : My First Class-Mentoring
Theme  : Mentoring is my way
Name   : Zulfansyah/150501014
Major   : Development Economics/2015

Assalamu’alaikum wr. wb.
Honorable juries, lecturer, committees and beloved all of the participants. It is a great honor for me to join this English Speech Contest.
In the name of Allah, the most Merciful and the most Gracious.
All praises be to Allah SWT the Lord of the world, the Master of the day after, the Creator of everything in this universe.
Peace and salutation be upon our Prophet Muhammad SAW who has brought us from the darkness into the brightness and guided us into the right way of life.
Dear Muslims generation.
And I offer my expression of gratitude to Allah, due to his favor and charity, so, we could carry out this event activities today.
Besides, I should never forget to thank the protocol who has given me the opportunity, so that I can deliver my speech in front of you all today. In this good occasion I desire to preach on the title: “My First Class-Mentoring”.
Right now I am one of student university at Faculty of Economics and Business of University of Sumatera Utara. Since the beginning I do not know what I will follow of the activities when I am in. I just go to campus and then study like other students then go home and study again at home and that's what I do every day. Until someday, I was introduced to an activity that I did not know before. I see a difference in that activity. Because all of the members are very friendly and really hard-worker, which makes me interested to join in.
They embraced me with ukhuwah Islamiyah. They can do anything to make me comfortable when I became part of them. And it really touched my heart. They are personnels from Badan Pengurus dan Pengelola Mushola Baiturrahmah. The organization is an organization whose backgrounded the religion of Islam. In it provided an activity called mentoring. And until now I still follow mentoring with my friends and a best mentor.
Dear Muslims generation.
The most fundamental reason why I joined in a circle of mentoring is because Allah SWT has said in the Holy Quran, which reads:

Which means that: And keep you all to the straps (religion) of Allah, and do not crumbled, and remember the favor of Allah unto you when the first (period of Ignorance) hostiles, God unites hearts, and then because of the favor of God, becomes for you people who brothers, and you were on the brink of hell, then God save you from it. Thus Allah explains His verses to you, so that you be guided. [Ali Imran / 3: 103]. And righteous Allah SWT over all of His words.
Dear Muslims generation.
This is what I am feeling right now after I attended mentoring. Besides, the benefits we will get from mentoring are:
1.    In a mentoring, we will learn more about Islam, and to learn about other things.
2.    Teaches us how to preach the true according to the teachings of Islam.
3.    In a mentoring, we will meet many new friends.
4.    Gets a new knowledge about ourselves and about the world in which we are living.
5.    We can share about our feelings, about sadness, about love, about humours, and etcetera.
Dear Muslims generation.
Last but not least, I am very grateful to have joined in a circle mentoring that I played as my first class. And I suggest to us all to always tighten Silahturahim and ukhuwah islamiyah may Allah bless us all in every single day. Thanks to my mentor and my friends. Finally, thank you so much for your attention,
Assalamu’alaikum wr. wb.
